Master/Apprentice Tournament

While this format may not be as exciting as Tag Force, I believe this is an important tournament. The reason for this is that this is an opportunity for some of the better players out their to help out some of the up-and-coming players. This is a chance for those of you that have honed your skills at Da-Planet to give back to the game.

Reasons to play:
1. The more people we get that want to play competitively the better chance we have to keep Regionals, and maybe one day get another jump.
2. It will be a fun, low pressure, hang out day. We all can watch the UFC later.
3. For those of you new to competitive OP this is a chance to learn from the best.

I have overheard a few people comment that they don't want to help out the competition. If you want to be better you need better competition. If your competition gets better, and you can still do well, then you have improved.

For all the "Masters" out there, find someone who you think you can help, and team up. For all you "Apprentices" out there, find someone to play with.

So how do we determine whos a "Master" and "Apprentice"? Do we go by the rating/rankings?

*The event is free to play, and packs will be awarded as prizes.
*Anyone can play the role of the Master.
*An apprentice cannot be anyone who...
- is in the Top 50 in Hawaii, or
- placed in the top 8 in a YGO Regionals, or
- placed in the top 16 of an SJC, or
- won a Da-Planet Thursday or Friday tournament, or
- who qualified for Da Planet's Wii Finals.
