Cruel Ultimatum isnt a Yugioh card, its a Magic the Gathering Card. As for Cruel Ultimatum, I'd say its worth using, though its usually only good in mid - late game.

depends. it's probably preference. GT prefers without, and chapin prefers with

All i can say is that i play this game for one thing... drawing cards... drawing cards is card advantage and cruel ultimatum is card advantage incarnate. It's probably sub par against creature decks, but resolving one (or two, or three) against control seems insane!

the entire deck is card advantage already... cheaper card advantage also.. i dont like it.

in testing cruel is a beast, beasts out any creature finisher strategy
