Permalink Reply by Derek on June 12, 2009 at 9:07am: I dont think targets matter much because look how many engines he has for card drawing. He has Cyber Valleys, D-Draws, and Allures. I think 2 D-Draws with 4 targets is fine. I do like D-Hero Fear Monger though. Works pretty swell with CCV.
