Let's say that my opponent has royal oppression on the field. What if I use mezuki effect in the graveyard and my opponent activate royal oppression. Does my mezuki gets remove from play and negated my monster summon or that it negate my mezuki effect and that he still stay in the graveyard? Because, you can reuse vayu effect as much as you like if your opponent royal oppression vayu effect in the graveyard. Does it implied with mezuki as well?

Vayu's cost to activate is to target another Blackwing

Mezuki's cost is removing itself

Mezuki:

You remove Mezuki as a cost to special summon a 1 Zombie-Type monster from your graveyard. So, if you remove Mezuki to activate its effect and your opponent chains Royal Oppression in response (and pays the 800 LP), Mezuki stays removed and you don't get to special summon a Zombie Type Monster.

Vayu:

You activate Vayu's effect (no cost), and target 1 other BW monster in your GY. Vayu and the targeted BW monster in your GY are not removed from play until resolution. So if the opponent chains Royal Oppression in response to the activation of Vayu's effect, it will get negated, but the player with the Vayu in the GY is free to activate Vayu's effect again.

Yes. I think that's the only way to get rid of the special summoned monster

-_- i'm liking how ppl have their computers staring right in front of their eyes, and don't bother to even try to google the card name. try it, u'll be surprised how freaking easy it is to find an answer by doing that.

There's 2 ways Royal Oppression can negate a special summon:
Inherent-
Cards like Cyber Dragon, Judgment Dragon, Dark Armed Dragon, Chaos Sorcerer. When certain conditions are met, they can be special summoned from the hand. When cards like these hit the field, you can activate Royal Oppression in response to negate their summon, and destroy them (and for purposes of Stardust Dragon, they never hit the field, so you can't tribute Stardust to save it).

Card Effects-
Mezuki, Marauding Captain, Zombie Master, Gigaplant, Vayu, Blizzard of the North, Monster Reborn, Call of the Haunted, all fall under this category. You activate (or some requirement is met to activate) their effect to Special Summon a monster, and upon resolution a monster will be special summoned. For Royal oppression to negate this kind of summon, you must chain Royal Oppression's effect in direct response to the activation of the card that will special summon. You cannot use Royal Oppression in response to a successful special summon from a card effect.

Furthermore, Royal Oppression cannot negate any kind of Special Summoning that occurs during the Damage Step.
