I assume you want to take the stall burn route, eh?

You're mixing various burn themes in there (do I see self life gain?). You have to take into consideration of what your primary burn strategy is gonna be, and the meta currently being played. Specific burn strategies take a more dedicated deck. Mixing too many strategies will only make your deck lose synergy and make things difficult to recover from. Heavy Storm is detrimental to most burn decks.

If you're running burn, monster destruction should be in a side deck. You don't need to be gaining life, as your main strategy should be depleting your opponent's life points.
