Juels said:why does yugioh have to be about if your able to afford the cards or not?
shud be about skill in my opinion. but idk, im from waipahu.
"noun. the ability, coming from one's knowledge, practice, aptitude, etc., to do something well:"
idk if you know what word matches that definition up there ^^^....
but i think all players that do well in tourneys have that noun..
Wait i think its called skill..
having strategy, knowledge, and experience in a game is having skills in the game..
but again idk, im just a dumb waipahu punk.
btw your profile pic is thuggish ruggish, just had to say. No sarcasm intended homie.

Just because everyone has a Lightsworn heavy deck doesn't equal automatic success. Even though LS seems like a simple deck example: "durr charge solar recharge lumina special garoth mill mill special wulf your turn durr". Sure people can do good because of the pure smoothness of the arch type, but when it comes down to critical decisions people who lack experience will crumble. Honestly, the deck may seem all rainbows and butterflies because of how often people with it win here (Albert/Matt/Scott) but I think the cliticization of the deck should be reserved for the veterans of the deck type. For the record, I think Lightsworns are an awesome and fun deck to play and I am glad more people will have access to it.
PS: For all the anti-Lightsworn people, lrn2dimensionfissureorskilldrainplzkthx.
Just my 25 cents.
Tra la la~
i agree skill does help a load wen critical thinking comes around or even obvious moves inexperience players will not figure out
