Special Summon Truble?!

If a monster that states "This monster cannot be normal summoned or set,this card can only be special summoned by..." Like Dark Armed Dragon,The Dark Creator etc. and was summoned correctly when it is sent to the graveyard, is it true that it can be broght back with Call of the haunted, The shallow grave etc.

I believe you can with Dark Creator as long as it was properly summoned. I think the cards with "cannot be special summoned except by ...." can't be revived through recursion effects.

A card with this text can be brought back via Call, Shallow Grave, etc. from the Graveyard or Removed From Play zone as long it was initially summoned by that condition. If that monster were to be somehow sent back to your hand or deck, you would have to meet the summoning condition/requirement again to summon it.
