Yu Gi Oh strategy site

[The Dane Train]

Hey everyone,

I'm a journalist who is having a tough time finding a job, so I was thinking about trying to start a YGO strategy site that I would edit. The biggest problem I see is that I don't know much about the game, so I would be unable to write good articles (maybe from a noob's perspective). That's where you guys come in.

If you are interested in writing weekly or bi-weekly articles or know anyone that would be interested, please email me or reply here (or have your friends do the same). This is nothing set in stone, but I want to find out how many writers we could assemble for something like this. With Metagame gone and no real place for new decks and tech to be found and shared, it seems like this would be a great opportunity to express your thoughts and get your name out on a bigger stage, so please let me know.

I would like to recommend Nick aka DJ Cdisk. He is very insightful and somewhat of an expert in yugioh, he has written profiles on a young and up and coming duelist. His blogs are very good and informative. I believe he and you could make this opportunity work good for the yugioh community. Thanks hope this helps and good luck!!!

i dont know if you know of the prodigy brandon kinard, but the kid is super smart in gameplay, knows his decks well, and from what his dad says, hes always up thinking of ways to improve his decks and playtesting. i figure meta game used to have a section called the apothoesis where people sent in there deck ideas and jason would try to help and edit the deck and give reaosns why he added the cards in.

Personius, what would you like to lend a hand with? And Arnold, would you be interested in rulings and things like that? Or something else?

Nick, you were the one person I had in mind while brainstorming this, so I'm happy you replied.

If Brandon is interested, please have him jump on here and say so. I don't want to count on people without their commitment, but Daniel's idea is very interesting.

If you guys want to try this out, write something you're interested in and then send it to me at the email I listed in my original post. I'll edit it and then we can put it up here and see what kind of response a consistent cycle of articles can draw.

lol anything you need help with that i can do really lol idk a ton about rulings and technical things but i do have knowledge of meta, anti meta and interesting deck ideas lol yeah idk i was just being nice and throwing it out there if you need any help with things. but yeah with Arnold and everyone else you should be set

You should write something you think is important or you really are interested in and send it to me. Something about the meta and decks to beat the meta would be perfect, if that's what you like.

hmm k i ll do that i like just making meta decks and putting my own little touches into them and making my own anti meta decks like im working on a Koaki Stun deck for fun and its not bad lol
