The monster is successfully summoned while Future Visions is on the field, however, before Black Whirlwind can take effect, Future Visions removes the monster. For Black Whirlwind to work, the monster must be on the field, face-up, at resolution.

Yes that second part is correct cause it resolves in a chain:
-Future visions is mandatory which activate first in a chain then your Black whirlwind will activate last(first in a chain)...and you still search...then your monster gets removed...(FYI…
people say if you summon a blackwing with future vision on the field then you dont search because it gets removed but others say you can because since future vision is mandatory it goes first on the chain then whirlwind is optional so it goes last a…
