woops! i didnt read it my bad xP. i was assuming it was like dark armed. dark armed says "cannot be ss EXCEPT by having 3 darks" dark creator says "can ONLY be ss by having 5+ darks/no monsters on field"

yes it can. its a semi nomi card. because it says this card can only be speical summoned while you have 5 or more darks u can. if the card said this card cannot be special summoned except by, than u cant
