The Disen-franchised: Observations from the 9-19 FNM

Because of the late entry rule posted earlier in the day, I decided to arrive early to ensure that I would not receive a penalty or miss the tournament. I really don’t remember when the event started, but I don’t think it was on time at 630 sharp. So, I am guessing that this is more of a guideline enforced on a day to day basis. So, since I followed the rule, I lost time. If it is a guideline, I wonder how it is going to be ruled?

they did cap at 4 rounds which was good
so for drafts, the prize pool is the same at both places. paula's goes down further, ph gives slightly more to the top 2 places. i was told paula is lowering the price back to $12, i think. prolly have to weigh the pros and cons all over again.

Also just to let you know we had some internal issues (which I cannot discuss) which made it imperative that we close on the Friday while we could. The reason was that neither myself, my wife, or Anthony (who does not drive), could come down to the store to close up and secure the premises when the tournament would have ended. Thus, we felt it necessary to close when we did.
