Magic Events Booming - Zendikar Tops Shards by 25%

The number of players participating in pre-release and release events for Magic: The Gathering was over 113,000 for the recent Zendikar release, 25% more than for Shards of Alara, the fall 2008 release. Zendikar also topped Lorwyn, the fall 2007 release, by 18%. NoM NoM NoM... and NFL at Da-Planet

Naruto on Monday (NoM) Naruto players, starting next week we'll have Naruto tournaments on Mondays. For the time being, they will be unsanctioned, but we will get sanctioned events going soon. These will be $3 to play in. Naruto Friday League (NFL) On Fridays, we will have a league where you can just play and practice. So You Never Win Anything at a Tournament Saturdays at Da-Planet

We have heard the concerns from our player base that they don't have a chance to win stuff at the tournaments.
