Our Typical Friday: Lots and lots and lots of things going on

Last time, the Sunday one was doing great so I'll continue this as an ongoing series here and there... today's coverage is for our Friday events. If you haven't been to our store on Fridays, we have events for our two biggest games, TGIF Fridays Advanced Format Tournament for YuGiOh! at 4:00 PM and Friday Night Magic at 6:30 PM. Magic the Gathering 2010 M10 Second Wave Release Information:

From Wizards of the Coast The next wave of Magic 2010 boosters is on track to deliver next week around August 21st. This is a week later that we had hoped but we need to be sure to get all the new releases for next week shipped out. We are sold out of the second wave, and we are now taking backorders for the third printing, scheduled to arrive September 11th. Continue

Magic 2010 Rules Changes

So just doing the usually routine on Magic websites and I came across a link to the article of "Magic 2010 Rules Changes" by Aaron Forsythe and Mark L. Gottlieb (just being polite and citing sources). The rules will take into effect July 11, 2009. First and foremost I would like to comfirm with any of the judges from Da Planet of these changes. Magic the Gathering (MTG) Regional Championships at Da-Planet Honolulu Hawaii

16 players showed up for todays event. The turn out was disappointing but expected due to the UH Graduation. Unfortunately the date for this event happens on the same day all over the US so not much could be done about it. Continue
