Magic 2010 Rules Changes

So just doing the usually routine on Magic websites and I came across a link to the article of "Magic 2010 Rules Changes" by Aaron Forsythe and Mark L. Gottlieb (just being polite and citing sources). The rules will take into effect July 11, 2009.

First and foremost I would like to comfirm with any of the judges from Da Planet of these changes. Second I would like to get the word out to magic players about the new rules for 2010. :) Last of course, your comments.

As of now I need to read, study, and implement these new changes. I feel like I'm in school again. :)
